Dear Karin,

I am just writing this letter to you, to let you know how thankfuly myself and my husband are of everything that you did for us, to help make our wedding into the special day it was. The hotel was brilliant, just as we remembered, and the food and service were really great. Our room was lovely, and the crib for little Alfie was just gorgeous!

Everything went so well on the wedding day, and we are grateful for all your (and your team, especially Angelika's) hard work and time and effort that went into organising our special day. We have since watched the video, which is really amazing - I am so impressed with the way everything came together and we are both really pleased that we choose not just Kaprun, but your hotel in which to share our wedding day.

We hope that you liked your gift, although it was only a little something.
