Dear Karin and Team,

We just wanted to say an absolutely massive thank you to all of you for making our wedding day and entire stay so fantastic.  When we decided to have our wedding in Kaprun we knew we would have beautiful scenery, and we hoped our guests would be able to take the opportunity to have a little holiday.  We could never have hoped for everyone to have such a wonderful  time.  The hotel facilities and staff were excellent and there was so much to do and explore in the surrounding area.  We and all of our guests have fallen in love with the place and will definitely be coming back.

The service was so professional and seamless.  All of the things we would never have thought of ourselves were taken care of for us before we even had the chance to think of them and the attention to detail and  standard of service was absolutely first class!

We chose the castle for the ceremony and were lucky enough to be able to use the roof top terrace for part of the reception and it was truly breathtaking up there.  We then enjoyed the wonderful food and the attentive staff who were filing up our glasses and had a great party until the early hours.

For a couple who wanted a picturesque wedding without having to pay UK prices and have to spend hours deliberating about fine details, this was the perfect choice, as everything was taken care of for us by a team of professionals.

We cannot thank you all enough and can only recommend you to others who are  doing the sathinking about doing the same thing.  We appreciate all of the effort the entire team put in to making our day extra special and cannot wait to visit again very soon.
