Dear Sam, Karin and the Votters family:
Better late than never, just a quick email to say thank you ever so much for organising our wedding. It truly was the most spectacular day of our lives and we will never forget it.
I chose Kaprun purely on the basis that my late father could not be with us at the wedding and Austria was one place he wanted to visit, i understand now why he wanted to visit this spectacular country as it is the most picturesque place i have ever been to...

Apologies for the delay in getting in contact with you.  Everything is still quite crazy with us since we got back.  My aunt who fell ill while in Kaprun is still in the hospital, her son and my mum flew back out to be with her and are enjoying your good weather in between hospital visits. It seems like such a long time ago we had such a great day.  The photo's are so beautiful and everyone keeps commenting on how it looked like a fairy tale or something out of a Bond movie!!!!

Hi guys, we want to say a huge thanks to you all in the Sport-Kristall, especially Karin, as without you, our wedding would not have happened half as good or look as well as it did. You helped make our day a "fun fairytale" and we'll be forever grateful to you. It was amazing in soo many ways, from start to finish and we laughed so much on the day. The staff in the hotel were so good to us and our family and friends all week and everybody had a blast...

Merry Christmas. We are just coming down from our high after spending our wedding and holiday with you. Thank you so much for everything that you did for us and our families during our stay. Your hotel is wonderful, the rooms are fantastic, the food is out of this world its amazing, and your staff are friendly, polite, and very efficient. What more could you ask for from a hotel? It's certainly the best we have stayed in.

Dear Karin,
I am just writing this letter to you, to let you know how thankfuly myself and my husband are of everything that you did for us, to help make our wedding into the special day it was. The hotel was brilliant, just as we remembered, and the food and service were really great. Our room was lovely, and the crib for little Alfie was just gorgeous! Everything went so well on the wedding day, and we are grateful for all your (and your team, especially Angelika's) hard work and time and effort that went into organising our special day.

To Karin, Rita & everyone who made our wedding so very special. We would like to thank you all for making our wedding day truly magical and one we will never forget. Everyone enjoyed their stay in the sport kristall, and Kaprun. Me and Rox will see you next year to celebrate our first anniversary.

Dear Karin and all the staff,
Karl and I would like to say such a big thank you for making our day so spectacula. As you know after attending Karens wedding and seeing how beautiful it was we imediately knew that this was where we wanted our special day to be, but it was more than we could ever have hoped for. The church and the choir we amazing, the food was wonderful but most of all the standard of the staff and the service of the hotel were second to none.

Thank you all so much for all your help, care, attention and friendliness. Without you all, we would not have had the best day of our lives. Everyone who came to  the wedding said it was the best they had ever been to, and we agree.

Hello Karin and everybody in Snowy Kaprun,
We are now all home safely and all missing being out in Kaprun, it is such a fantastic place - made even more special by the team you have put together in your hotel. Every single person there added to the experience and not 1 person in our group of 44 people had a single problem with anything, which is a credit to you and your staff.

Hi Everyone in Kaprun, many thanks for the wonderful week we spent with you and your support, planning, help, suggestions, patience and real friendliness you showed before, during and after our wedding; it was perfect!
