The following documents are required according to Austrian law:

• Copy of passport
• Birth Certificates with parents on it
• Apostille on the Birth certificates

• Certificates of no impediment (you get it from your local registry office)
• Apostille on the Certificates of no impediment
• Statutory declaration (you get it from a lawyer or solicitor) with religion and name after marriage;
• Marriage Certificate (when you have been married before)
• Apostille on the marriage certificate
• Divorce degrees
• Birth certificates of your children (together)
